for 28 years. We have a network of over 50 facilities
and professionals. Most of our professionals have been
with us 10+ years.
Since
you have a busy schedule and because there are so many
things to do to prepare for a wedding reception, it
pays to have someone with the experience we have, to
guide you and move things along smoothly.
Lower
Prices:
Many
brides ask us why are prices are so low. They worry
about quality! Our quality is as good, or better than
most. The difference is simple, we have a system, our
professionals work directly with us -- no overhead means
lower prices. The overhead is the difference. Our professionals
love the freedom it gives them to do their art. When
we associate ourselves with professionals we make sure
they have the expertise and are experienced in their
field.
Organization:
Our
system starts when you put down one deposit for as many
of our services and professionals you need. Then we
help you find a facility if necessary, plan your reception
and organize the professionals. This takes the burden
off of you and is a free service when you plug into
our system.
We discuss and put all your special requests on your
contract. We then assign the professionals to your reception.
Now you can relax! Your main job is to do the fun things
and communicate with us. We will call or send e-mails
to you with the information you need at the appropriate
time. Of course you can call us with questions or changes
at any time, meanwhile, we’re in the background organizing
your reception.
We’re
also always looking for potential problems like setup
glitches, unusual facility rules, reception timing,
etc., so the problem can be corrected before it happens.
This makes for no surprises and a happy reception.
